Online tickets being stupid again

Trying to get tickets for Chelsea & Bournemouth, but only the Chelsea Vs Swansea ticket bundle is active! Already got tickets for that and don't really want to buy more, but need the tickets for Chelsea! Why cant it be simple?

I was in a queue for 10 minutes on the website, then once I get access to the site it just comes up with an error message when I click on choose seats for Chelsea/Swansea combo. Anyone else having same issue?

Logged in at 9am on two different pc's with different browsers. Was held in a Queue then clicked on bundle and picked the Chelsea Swansea seats and its said sorry not possible, been the same for the last hour. Was after 7 tickets for each using our family account references. Decided not to bother. s*** way to treat fans.

Had the same. Been clicking on Chelsea?Bournemouth for an hour and ringing the box office at the same time. Constant errors on web & the phone just cuts me off every few minutes. Not happy.

Had some nice tickets for the Holmesdale Lower in my basket, but then it refused my credit card when i attempted to pay, even though its 100% valid. F*ckers...

Keep getting cut off on the phone. Fed up of listening to the recorded message telling me it is 'easy to book online'. Obviously am trying to book online too, but it won't let me select a seat. Not much use when I am a season ticket holder and I just want to bring my Dad along to the Swansea game. When will this club ever learn? An why wait till 3 weeks before to put the tickets on sale anyway????? Useless.

When I get to the end of the queue I now get a blank screen - useful! 1 hour 40 mins so far, longer than the game itself!

Loyal fans trying to buy tickets getting treated like 2nd class citizens.....forced to ring a premium rate number which doesnt get answered whilst you continue to be charged, then it arbitrarily disconnects you....good way to earn thousands of pounds. The website link's not working AGAIN, come on Palace, either you're a premiership club or not. Sort out this fiasco every time there is a ticket sale its the same thing, and completely unnacceptable. If there is investment coming into the club, i suggest the first item is a computer booking system thats fit for purpose. 2hrs and 10 minutes later, links to bundles STILL not working, and no one answering box office phone. what the hell is going on?

Not much better for me. Ages to log in due to queue. Get to the Chelsea/Bournemouth bundle and at first an error message. Eventually get to the stadium loading to be told in both IE and Firefox that my flash needs updating - except I have literally just updated it. Update. stadium loaded. Clicked on tickets.
