Clearly they do, one person injured, suffering a broken wrist, with several explosions. As a rule, refugees, do tend to be poor (having fled their country) and downtrodden (having fled from oppressive regimes). Its a pretty safe bet that people coming from Syria on a rickety death ferry, for example, are poor and downtrodden.
