McArthur to Rangers?

Apparently, Rangers are interested in him for 8m. Even for twice that I would say we should keep him as he is an integral part of the team. What do you people think?

Rangers regularly field Josh Windass who was a free from Accrington Stanley,I don't think their eyes look up as far as the Premiership first teams.
