But yes, the perps no doubt observed how effective it is in other cultures and especially the fear it generates. Having acid on the streets other than in the bottle it was sold in should be a similar offence to carrying a lethal weapon. Anyone using it should have the same done to them, it is pure evil. You can't say you carry acid in self defence
