The Americans wanted to sell two years ago and I can’t believe
that there aren’t any buyers . The price has probably dropped considerably but better to get something back before we get relegated surely. If they don’t sell I can’t see much of a transfer budget being available and a relegation battle will be the result. With an ageing and injury prone squad even Roy’s boring defensive tactics won’t save us. With no investment it’s likely we will be outside the Premiership for many many years or may never return.
