I've just had a go and found it this way:
1. Log into your account
2. click on linked account
3. click on go to tickets and at the top of the screen I saw my linked account no. and my loyalty points total.

A weird way of doing it I know but don't know how else to find out.

Please note: Back in September I asked why my points are not showing club shop/online shop purchases and history shows ticket purchases only.
I was informed that the points are being stored against my client ref and because the "new system" was not fully up and running I would not see this until November - 14 days to go!

Interesting I have just sent an email asking similar, bizarre way of working
