Im noticing this more and more. We seem to get into pockets and try to hustle the opposition in so we can "hustle" with the ball, 3 or 4 palace players, short passes in tight spaces hustling with 3/4 of them. We get very crowded when attacking whereas other teams are expansive, try to spread it from side to side. By "hustling" we try to find a way through the centre. Is it because of players are aging, to save the energy and legs? So in one/few words, how do you describe our football, we used to be a counter attacking side, but it been rarely effective at the moment.

No it’s because we have players like Wilf and Eze who are comfortable passing the ball in tight spaces. It’s hardly Dann and Cahill you are seeing “Hustling”
