Started a similar thread last season. Whilst I do recognise we are currently 6 for 6 and looking quite good with it, I’m still very much on the lookout for three teams that should finish below us. Watching Sheffield United vs Villa I wouldn’t feel too optimistic supporting either of them and so far would also consider, in no particular order: WBA - will struggle to stay up Be interested to hear any other opinions on this?
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Do you mean "worse" or "worst"? As you've named 10 teams I'm not sure what you mean. However, I think the three worst teams are Fulham, WBA, and A Villa. We could easily finish above all those you have mentioned, and likely will. imho

We will have a better idea by Christmas, but you could safely say Fulham are way off the pace based on what we have seen so far...

Spammers have an awful opening run of fixtures. Quite easily see them with nothing until Foolem early November. With rumours of player strife in the camp could be a very long season for them.

A strange start to the season! 18 games played and NOT A SINGLE DRAW! That has worked in our favour to some extent in that there are now no fewer than FIVE teams who have played two games as we have and yet have lost them both. Which means not only are we SIX points clear of the relegation zone already but we're six points clear of five of the teams mentioned on this thread as potentially going to finish below us. A long way to go, of course, but good to be 15% of the way to the magic points number after only two games!

Think West Ham will be below us, Newcastle to. It will be interesting to see what sheffield Utd are like without Henderson in goal. Highly annoying that Bumfluff has scored twice this season already. AS previously posted if Ings gets injured then Southampton could struggle. Genuinely believe we will finish mid table and safe by March and all three promoted teams survive.

With two weeks of the transfer window still to go it’s difficult to say but having said that there’s probably never been a worse time to get promoted to the Premier League with very little money around due to a lack of fans so assuming the season gets finished it’s going to be a long and painful 8 months or so for all 3 of the promoted clubs. I’m not buying into Sky’s Leeds love-in, I think they are just as likely as the other two.
