I had no idea this man was a free agent currently! Why had no one mentioned him as a possible replacement for Roy?! Reading up about him, he could be a great fit. Rangnick is a big influence to a few current managers such as Klopp and Nagelsmann, a very progressive, forward-thinking manager who is keen to focus on nurturing talent and using scouting networks to seeks bargain deals. I’m keen and think he’d command a greater respect, making players sit up and listen, in comparison to a Lampard or Howe.

He came up in conversation I had with a gentleman recently. I informed him that Rangnick once played for Southwick in the 'Sussex County League' when he was studying at Sussex University.

Brighton it is then! I have a strange feeling Potter may be gone in the summer ( not ITK but just a hunch). He may become England U21 manager
