For those that find conspiracy theories interesting, here is a cool one. Legend has it there was once a massive empire that stretched across the globe, it used the free energy in the ether, palaces and buildings harnessed this energy and it was a pretty cool utopia. Think The rockateer meets steam punk/daft punk - an empire where vintage style electric cars were a thing, houses were illuminated for free, blimps roamed the sky. Russia, Europe to Asia, North America all have these buildings, domed tops, think St Paul's, Capitol Hill, Russian palace's etc. These buildings all originally had copper antenna - all removed since. These buildings were all then repurposed as 'world fares' and then demolished - history will tell us a lot of these palace's and buildings were only ever built solely for these world fares of the late 1800's - maybe not so true. The theory goes there was a great reset in the 1800's - the empire was destroyed, many of it's tech was destroyed and never again recreated, forgotten. History rewritten and life goes on. Our very own, Crystal Palace, was one such building of the empire, that itself conducted and dispersed free energy. It was dismantled, moved and set up in it's new home, with it's history being rewritten to something different. The empire was the Tartarian. Now ofcourse, many are gunna dismiss this - that's fine, but it really is astonishing what can be unearthed by some skillful eyes. I kinda like the idea I support a club that had it's name derived from the remnants of a lost empire.

"And it was written that Steve and Dougie embarked on an epic quest: to make CPFC the greatest in history! First things first though - to find a manager who would lead them to the promised land! As they boarded the 468 bus, they waved goodbye to the Palace faithful, armed only with a list of potential names and telephone numbers. "Good luck chaps!" cried a voice from the crowd. Why, it was none other than recently departed Roy Hodgson! Now if anyone knew the enormity of their task, surely it was he!" Episode 1 Netflix - coming soon!

If only they can find the one ring, actually Roy would make a good Gandalf the players could be the hobbits.
