Can anyone help me with why I am getting ads up on the HOL page which I am unable to get rid of?

Ironically, I have total adblock and the only ads I now get, blocking my screen constantly, are for total adblock!

I am a belt and braces sort of person and as well as AdBlock I also use Ghostery and Malwarebytes which also includes an ad blocker and I don't see any at all
