Todays second download is a set by Stevie Ray Vaughan that was recorded at two venues - five years apart. Both were broadcast by BBC FM radio and sound great. The first set is from the Reading Festival in 1983 and the second was recorded at the Apollo in Manchester in 1988. I've posted a few boots by SRV in the past - this is another good boot. Todays extra download is a set by Ekoostik Hookah that was recorded in Thornville, Ohio in August 2007. This is in superb quality and is top set by the band. EH are a jam band from Colombus Ohio who manage themselves and have produced 8 albums and released them themselves. Twice a year they hold a festival called "Hookahville" on their own land in Ohio which caters for 30k people - they always sell out. They take groups of fans on tour with them to places like Jamaica, Mexico and even Amsterdam - all at cost price. They even cancelled a whole tour once when the travel firm tried to increase the price of fans flights and tickets. They have a policy of allowing anyone to record their live shows - as long as the recordings are distributed for free. They play a vast range of music from their own work - as well as covers of various bands. They are a top band and this is thoroughly recommended....
