Todays second download is a set by Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull fame which was recorded on his Rubbing Elbows Tour of 2002. This set was recorded at the State Theater, Kalamazoo, MI on October 10 and is in superb quality. The audio for this show was taken from an FM broadcast and sounds great. Some great stuff on this one from IA's Tull days as well as some solo stuff. He chats a lot with the audience and introduces some of the tracks himself. This is a top sounding show that is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is the first bootleg by this artist that I've posted - as it's the first one I've ever seen. This is Seal and a set at the Positive Vibrations Festival in Poland in July this year. This is an audience recorded bootleg and as you know I rarely touch audience boots as the quality is usually crap. This is one of the few exceptions to this - this one is wicked and sounds great. Both vocals and instruments are well up in the mix and if it wasnt for the occasional audience noise you wouldnt know this was audience recorded. Seal is a superb singer and this is a wicked show. If you like this artist, then this is thoroughly recommended... Some real old classics from the 60's played on this one like "Sunshine Superman, Mellow Yellow (Twice), Jennifer Juniper, Hurdy Gurdy Man" and the rarely played live "Intergalactic Laxative". if you liked the previous downloads, then grab this one ... its thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by Paul Simon that was recorded at the WMMS-FM studios in Bloomington, Indiana on the 20th November 2011. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. This is the first decent boot of Paul's current tour to appear - and one I've been waiting for since I heard that some shows were going to be broadcast live. Some real classics on this one from both his Simon and Garfunkel days as well as many hits from his solo career. This is a top sounding show and is thoroughly recommended. Paul performs the hits "Cecilia" and "The Boxer" with the The Punch Brothers - his opening act. Todays second download isn't a bootleg - but it is a live album. This is Barclay James Harvest live at the High Voltage Festival, London in July this year. This is in superb quality and is a top sounding show. I've not posted much live stuff by BJH as it's very rare to find in good quality. This is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by America that was recorded on the German Tv Show "Musikladen" in 1975. This is in superb quality and a top set. The files are numbered incorrectly in the download file and start from track #2 - you can easily rename the tracks though - use the tracklisting below which is correct - as per the artwork. Some of the bands classics are played on this one, starting with "Ventura Highway - Tin Man & and the classic A Horse With No Name" are all played... This is thoroughly recommended..
