1968 - League Cup game against Leeds Utd, when they were the top team (more or less) with Bremner, Giles, J Charlton, etc. It was an evening game and I walked to the ground (happy days) and we won 2-1. I was hooked, and at the end of the season we were promoted on the coat tails of Brian Clough's Derby County.
