My question: Was the signing of Steffen Iversen sanctioned with the knowledge the next manager wanted him?

Is it most important to get someone in to keep us up,or to get someone in for the long term and maybe exept relegation but come back up stronger.(leeds Norwich)

1. Depends how we played

2. Look there’s no doubt that’s a factor, we needed to strengthen the squad in the summer, we had another opportunity in the loan window, for example we lost today to a loan player from that window, we didn’t get anyone in spite of the fact we new JV was going. Whoever comes in will be expected to know what they need and who would fill that role

3. Yes there is a shortlist

Steve, you are a man of great integrity and thank you for coming on once again. You really are an inspiration. Anyway, I simply wanted to ask :

1. Is the Steffen Iversen transfer still going through?
2. When do you hope to appoint a new manager by?
3. Do you hope that we can keep the flowing passing football style?

Life is all about making the tough decisions that won't please everyone but I think this has come at the right time. Thanks for your decisiveness! In the end the stats don't lie.
