Hi Steve, I was wondering if the new guy would have to fit into a rigid budget or if the club would look to try and put together a package that meets his requests. Its a tough one because Simon Jordan backed every manager he had and often those managers wasted the money (or bought players that just didn't work out for whatever reason). Finally he bought Warnock in and he later admitted he was the one manager that he wished he could have backed with significant funds but the cupboard was bare. How do you and the other directors feel about this subject?

Hi Steve,

You have said that you have 10 applicants for the managers job. Can you give us any indication in terms of a timeline in how the process of recruitment works ? Steve, Your a legend mate, for coming on here and having the balls to answer fans questions honestly, and also giving as good as some fans give out with some of your decisions. No chairman would do this if 1, he wasn't a true fan and 2, if he/she cared so much for this club. So just want to say a massive thanks for saving this great club of our's and keeping us informed with whats going on. Just hope our next manager is the right one ( whoever you get's it ). Have 6 games sorted between now and the end of the season from over here , so you lot have my full support. EAGLES

I think Pablo wanted to come here to work for someone he knows and trusts. Pablo played really well under Burley at Ipswich and perhaps wanted to find that sort of form again, which would ultimately help his life back at his actual club.

I would imagine that he was only here to work under Burley...
