Born in St Mary's hospital in Sidcup 17 years ago, lived in Beckenham for the first few years of my life, then have lived out in Western Australia for the rest of my life. Moving back to Bromley or Hackney a year from now.

I got back to Selhurst in July, searing hot day. Went by train from Orpington to Beckenham then to Penge East, then I managed to get lost between Penge and Croydon for a few hours. Finally made it to Selhurst, went to the club shop and got the new kit, and went around to have a nose round the stadium. I was in luck, the place was wide open and getting re-turfed, so I litterally strolled right in and sat in the Holmesdale for a little bit. After that, nicked a bit of turf, got the train home and left England the next day. :-(

Although I've only been to Selhurst once to see Palace play Walsall, I bleed red and blue and never miss a game on the radio. As soon as I get back I'm after a season ticket. Thats as commited as you can get from someone in my isolated position! :-D

Black with a neat chip to Derry, who lays it off wide to Routledge. He now takes it past one, no two players before a sublime cross onto the head of...!

Born in Balham, and lived in Thornton Heath until the age of four. Then moved to Calgary in Western Canada where I spent the next seven years. Returned to UK to live in Southampton for a few months, then lived in Cambridge for just over a year before moving to Lancashire, where I have lived around the Preston area since 1989.

It is *very* warm over here (new record temperatures for the UK set in London today!).

Just want to say how cool it is to see all these loyal fans who are based overseas or have lived overseas for a sustained period and yet still take the time to follow Palace!

It makes me positively tearful

Chileman. I met a Palace supporter a few years back when I was out for a run along Lady Carrington Drive in The National Park at Audley. I was wearing my Palace shirt, (winter time - too hot to wear in summer) I was climbing out of the bush having had to have a pony and trap and he was running by. He also used to live about 100m from my brother in Shirley who is also a mad Palace supporter with his son. If Palace lose, not a very happy household on a Sat. night at my brother's place. A mate of mine is Brian Cook (ex Ashburton) who was on Palace books as a youngster and lives up in Brisbane. His daughter is Natalie Cook who won a gold medal at the Olympics in Beach Volleyball. He and I played for Croydon Amateurs before emigrating all those years ago

good to hear amigo, I've been able to meet up with a small core of Palace supporters up here in Brissy since I moved here...had a couple of gatherings at the local pub!

Born 5 minutes walk from Selhurst Park and spent the next 38 years in South Norwood (apart from 3 years in Leeds, 1 in West Wickham and 1 in Catford). Moved to Bingley, West Yorks 10 years ago and now rarely get back to Selhurst Park. Used to go to lots of away games but thanks to Huddersfield, Barnsley & now Sheff Wed getting relegated my away days are somewhat limited! Still there's always the trip down the road to see us pulverise Bradford to look forward to. My one claim to fame is that I used to sell programmes at Selhurst Park with Side-o. (I've still got my "official programme" hat).My greatest achievement is selling 800 programmes at a game with Sheff Utd before the game was called off at 2:40pm (I think they cost 12p in those days)!!!
