I did not rate Gary , but I thought he was far better than David Wright. We have improved dramatically since Wright left , we have suddenley become much more attacking since he left. I think David was undermining Dougie's attacking ambitions.

Shocking Just naming a player I thought worse than Gary , as the poster requested and as others have done. While I am here I think Shefki Kuqi was also worse than Gary. Anyone else agree ?

At one time I thought he had a good future but obviously something went very wrong. I hate to see youngsters fail because I went through it for years but if the cookie crumbles that way you have to grin and bear it.

I thought his last season with us was good, voted young player of the year or something but then decided to follow Dowie and get more money.
