They still cant grasp the fact we let them beat us 3-0 on St Patricks day and then scraped enough points and limped into 5th to ensure we played them in the play off semi to set the record straight in Glorious fashion

It is amazing how things can dramatically change! One minute the hero who beat Palace for the first time in years to the man who never got one over Palace. Up yours Brighton! w***er.

Been on nsc again for a little look. Still hate the sight of anything to do with Brighton and hope they have a s*** season from now untill the end of time. Perhaps you ought to change the name of your site to Palace wanabees as that is all you want to talk about.Seems like every thread that you start has a Palace input in it. Had a fantastic day at Wembley at your expense. ha ha. Good to know that when I have a crap it floats all the way down to the coast for you to enjoy. But then doubt if you would notice with all the crap on the floor. Once again Palace boys have the last laugh and will always be looking down on you.

Brighton's closest rivals are Teams like Eastbourne United, Hastings Town(both non-League sides) and Crawley Town. That is why they latched on to Palace as they wanted a decent Club to be rivals with. I have supported Palace for 56 years and still count Millwall as being our main rival with Charlton just behind them. I was at Stamford Bridge the night the rivalry with Brighton began when Palace beat them 1-0 in a rain-soaked FA Cup replay when they played better than us but could not stand losing. Their Manager, Alan Mullery threw some coins on the floor at the end of the match and said that Palace were not worth that amount and the 'so called' hatred between both Clubs started from there. So what ? Palace won the game in dreadful conditions and I couldn't see the reason for the Brighton reaction then and I still cannot do so now given the running battles that we have had with Millwall over the years who have earned the right to be called rivals. Brighton were pathetic then and the recent poo incident confirms that nothing has changed over the years. I still have a grin, however, when I recall the story that a Palace -supporting labourer, who was helping to construct the Ammexe Stadium, buried a Palace shirt in the foundations of the ground.

Ok. I admit it. My rivalry is as strong as ever. Hated them since 74. Detestable s*** club who have always tried to copy us in every way, but failed. I still love seeing pics of the old palace pier which they had to change the name to Brighton pier coz it upset them. Poor lambs. And don't s*** on the floor
