His agent has linked to gomis to a number of clubs. In the end he probably get a bumper pay deal where at swansea or elsewhere.
we dont need him as we have 6 strikers.

who are our 6 strikers?

gayle, campbell, sanogo, murray, (cham doesn't play striker) so thats 4 and a half i dunno where 6 came from

Gayle , Chamakh , Sanogo , Murray , Campbell , and ameobi is all but confirmed , Chamakh is a striker he played as one on Saturday and based on his performance and overall quality I imagine he will be first choice.

SSSSSH don't tell "cpj" he won't agree with that.

I also would have Chamakh as the first name on my team sheet.

Turned us down as he wants to go West Ham. Thank God that's true, especially if we did bid 9 mill... Not even worth 4!

Ameobi, and you have to count chamakh as a striker, so we have 6.

Totally agree, best technical player we have by a mile - if, IF we don't see the error of our ways and get another decent forward in come tomorrow then I would play Chammers as the '9'

He's not going anywhere. Yesterday, he played within a specific set of tactical instructions and did it fairly well. One shot off target but concentrated on defensive duties. Swansea was on a smash and grab and it worked out. I wouldn't judge him on that performance but he's too important for them going forward. They need to bring in reinforcements but don't look to be doing much. I'll be leaving now, nothing to see here.

Rumours on FB that he wants to go to West Ham but they've only bid £7m and Swansea want £9m.

We'll see in the next few hours where the truth lies.

As Ken's link comes from the Sky Sports rolling transfer deadline day updates, this is confirmation from Gomis that he's staying with Swansea at least until the end of the season.
