Scott Dann, Ledley, Hennessy all definite Pulis signings.
Not so sure about Ince, We were trying to get Wilf back but when then didn't happen Ince was second choice. Am not sure if it was Parish or Pulis who wanted either.
Cannot see Pulis let the Owners interfere with bringing players and Parish has proved he isn't too clued up when buying players.
I know Moody has been very busy lining up players should we stay up. Centre Back and Centre Forward have agreed to sign but depends on our status.Great to hear we are getting things ready early.

Heard from who.?
Anyhow in answer to the OP it is Pulis,Moody and the cheques are signed by Parish.

I understood Moody's role is to secure the signings that Pulis identifies. So once Pulis decides he wants someone then Moody would manage the intitial contact and negotiation process. Both would be fully aware of the budgets available.

But opinions on who we should sign and get rid of are never in short supply ( at least not on this forum!) so presumably all of the board have views on this too. If Parish thinks that Zaha should come back he is going to mention it to Pulis (rather than post it on here!) and since Pulis works for Parish he is going to consider that "suggestion" very carefully.

There was talk that Parish signed Jimmy Kebe but that was while Holloway was here. As others have said, I can't imagine for one minute that Pulis would tolerate Board interference over what players we sign.

I don't see how someone who works at the ground would necessarily have the inside track on upcoming signings.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham
