What would have happened if KM had become manager?

We'll never know.

I hope he stays - just in case TP leaves.

KM deserves the credit he is getting here.
When IH left, which we will look back as an honourable thing to do which has given us this great chance to stay in the Premier League, KM steered the ship away from the rocks we were going to crash onto and probably sink and be relegated.
He got us back to basics, so many people remarked positively about his team selection against Arsenal in his first game.
Those four games he was in charge were very important in stabilising us and the win at Hull City and the adulation by the travelling fans for KM was brilliant and fully deserved.
He will not be forgotten and we should arrange to acknowledge that at the home games remaining.

Home vs Everton was the first game I saw this season, and the first clean sheet in the league. Keith Millen did a fantastic job in tightening up a defence that had leaked 21 league goals in the first ten matches. The oppo only managed one goal (away to Norwich) in the next five games, but Tony Pulis was the big name that the media latched onto, and fair play to him, he has transformed the team. But it would have been interesting to see what Keith Millen would have done if he had been given the job full time.

Yes we owe a big debt of gratitude to Keith Millen for holding the fort the way he did whilst awaiting Pulis' eventual arrival. He's always appeared hugely popular with players and staff alike and of course he's a Palace man through and through. Must say I was concerned he could get side-lined when Dave Kemp arrived on the scene, but I'm glad to see he's officially still Assistant Manager of the club and long may that continue.

He might not be well known outside of palace but I know the fans love and respect him for all he's achieving.

He's a good fit with Pulis' style and mentality.
