The Dudley droner was given a soap-box on Sky's Goals On Sunday to grumble about the injustice of yesterday's 0-1 defeat to the mighty CPFC.

On Jedi's shoulder-to-shoulder challenge in the box on Carroll in the first half: "He's just hit him without making an attempt for the ball.

"That's definitely gotta be a foul, and if it's a foul in the box it's gotta be a penalty.

"We're very disappointed we didn't get the penalty for that particular incident.

"We've lost the last two games at home all through penalties.

"They've come for what they want, they've got what they want, they're one-nil in front."

"This game has been decided not by great finishing, but two decisions by the referee."

Message for you Sam: 'Tough.'

That fat idiot moans after every game. I'd be moaning too if I was him, he has old man Nolan and overpriced greasy hair carroll, and his tactics are a joke... Just hoof it up there and see how it goes basically.
You only have to read on the west ham forum, to see most of the fans think he needs to go... They've been saying that since last season.

I know there is a certain 'label' attached to the way Sam Allardyce's teams play, however when I look at some of the players he had at Bolton they hardly fitted that 'Mould'
EG Anelka, Diouf, Teymourian, Okocha, Djorkaeff, Giannakoupoulos, Speed etc etc.

Sam Allardyce thinks he's Pep Guardiola.Everyone knows what you get from him, which is a big lump up to the big fella up front(whoever it may be). Fair play to him, he did well at Bolton and got the 'appy 'ammers up and kept them there. But whenever anyone has the gall to question his methods (as DF did after we drew at home with them a few of years back) he reckons he doesn't get the reconition he deserves for the silky football they play. No, seriously. That aside, did love Alan Shearer's comments on MOTD at the weekend...West Ham fans saying SA doesn't play the west Ham style. Shearer said what, the style that has done so well over the last 40 years then ! Quality.

Just been reading the Allardyce v Pulis thread and this really is an astute summary.

re: Pulis V Allardyce
Pulis seems to have a plan B and C if things are not working. Allardyce has nethier and barely a plan A

Pulis stands on the touchline barking out orders and giving his players encouragement while Allardyce sits slumped in his chair looking fed up.

Pullis knows that to win games you have to not only score but also push for that 2nd or 3rd. Allardyce asumes if you keep it tight one goal will always be enough.

Pullis has played 2 upfront if needed. Allardyce hardly ever does.

Pullis has gone for it against the top teams. He has at least tried to attack them. Allardyce goes into those games hoping and playing for a 0-0.

Pullis allows his players to shoot from range. Allardyce fines his for doing so even if they score.

Pullis has adapted his style of management and tried to be more forward and modern thinking. Allardyce refuses to change his ways. To arrogent.

Just some of the reasons why Pullis is a better manager imho.

Our club and fans deserve better than both Pullis and Sam but if it came down to just those two then Pullis over Toady anyday.

When you are as big as Sam you don't get out of your chair if you can help it and I don't think his team really were worth his effort.

I look forward to Sam leaving Wet Sham and for their scrotey fans to actual realise that no-one wants to manage them, they don't have a particular style of football that they are known for (other than sh1te) and seeing them get relegated just in time for them to move into the Olympic stadium. At that point Sullivan and Gold will throw their teddies out of the pram and sell up to some eastern european hedge fund that will have no money and refuse to invest, or Randy Lerner when he's flogged Villa, one of the two will do.

THEN he will have done a good job

Never a pk. Shoulder to shoulder charge, which numerous TV replays showed. Fat Sam is just blowing smoke.
