Looked on the club website but don't really understand it or cant find any useful information.

Can we purchase away season tickets for next season?

And if so, how do they work? Any help is much appreciated

I have one this season along with about 300 other people. Basically you pay £25 for priority on away tickets. As soon as tickets are released they charge them to you and put it in the post - then they deal with people via the points system. However, you can only miss three games - once you miss more than that you're kicked out of the scheme. At the start of the season you are given a form to say which matches you want to go to or not - including cup matches - you can ever request extra tickets on it, but they are not guaranteed.

I found it brilliant - no desperate phoning or queuing for tickets - or hitting refresh on the website! £25 for peace of mind was a bargain - but it's real only worth it if you want to do all/most games.

Yes, for league games last season, an away season ticket (including the £25 admin charge) would have cost £705. This is only for the tickets though (all at adult prices) and travel costs aren't included...

If caught doing that then you would be likely kicked out of scheme and membership revoked.

There is a topic on next seasons away ticket on the BBS where SB has gone over a lot of this.

So a little miffed at bbs site is full of self important bitchin about away st tickets. The main thread seems to be now restrict them to st holders.

my main bug bear is a , they weren't complaining about not getting tickets to hull, Sunderland or even Stoke the first game back in the prem when there were empty seats.

no they feel as having a home st they have a god given right to go to Fulham.

I have an away st but not home.

I live in north cambs, I have to either drive 40 min to Peterborough then train to selhust via king x and Victoria so 2 trains and a tube about 3 hours each way just for a home game, which I do as I have a Selhurst 6.

I chose the away st as I prefer to see new places spend weekends away etc etc. The aholes on bbs didn't bitch about no tickets for everton away, I drove 4 hours, booked Travelodge as to dangerous to drive home, got to ground to have it called off. My car got damaged in storm so was stuck in Liverpool another full day loosing another days pay so all in all costing £350 plus for f all. Not to mention my speeding fine returning from Stoke.

Im pretty sure they were not at Derby on a Friday night, or Ipswich or even Burnley away for the fa cup relay on a tuesday night.

But god forbid they don't get a Fulham ticket, w***ers the lot of them.

Sorry rant over.

Good rant!
And your right ,the whining as always only starts when the fans who rarely go away can't get a ticket for one they want to.

That's not entirely accurate Godders, I've been to 19 aways 21 if you include Wembley and the Amex and yet because I wasn't a season ticket holder during the championship season due to my night shift pattern I am this season and renewed for next but not enough points with 1500
I agree in principle with the system but should have also included fans who have been to a certain amount of aways this and last season.

Ps Im in P4 with other plss heads and on the glad all over boat cruise

That's pretty si-it mate,
You certainly deserve one I know the club don't get revenue for away games but I personally think they should be worth more than 20 points if the main aim is to make sure regulars who go to every away game don miss out.

The last 2 years season tickets and those renewed for next year go way over my points tally and there are those fans do deserve to get ahead so obviously there are those who do almost every away game this season my total is over two seasons.
Thanks tho gooders
