It will be hard to improve on this seasons finish and it shouldn't be viewed as a disappointment if we don't better it.

The nature of The Prem is that for teams like Palace (for the next 2-3 years anyhow) just staying in The Prem is the achievement so our target again for next season is 17th or above.

As the club gets wealthier and wealthier the expectations get bigger. It's a shame that its all about money in The Prem, but that is the way it is unfortunately.

Strengthen the squad, a mid-table finish free of relegation worries, and investment in the ground. Plus looking ahead to consolidating ourselves in the Premiership and eventually pushing for a top-seven finish (and Europe).

The right place at the right time

Since Palace had to apply for re-election to the Third Division South the season before I started supporting them, these are heady times indeed.

We will be in another relegation battle. If we stay up I'll be happy.

10 points by November 1st would be nice.

5 points by Nov 1st would be an improvement on this season
Seriously, personally I'd be very happy to have a boring, middle of table season with no nail
biting and worrying and studying the league table for all kinds of scenarios every Monday morning.Think I may be disappoinmted though as that's not very Palace is it !!

Champions league.

^ this

Let's look at what we've become, we've turned into a team capable of beating Chelski and Everton. If we build on that thn surely a Champions League push and the season after a title challenge isn't asking too much?

Despite the fact we could still finish 9th or something this season (yeah, I didn't even bother to check) I actually think it'd be progress if we finished anywhere from 16th upwards if we didn't seem like relegation candidates for as much of the season as we have this season. I know that doesn't make a lot of sense, but I'd be happy with us having a similar season to Swansea/Stoke/Villa this year (in terms of results), e.g.: although mid-low in the table, never REALLY looking like going down. Obviously, with some improvements to the squad/tying down the contracts of our better players.

Of course, I'd take a better season than that if it's on offer!

Strengthen the squad,

Be mindful though that we will lose any African players for the whole of January 2015 for the African Cup of Nations which currently means Bolasie, Chamakh and KG

One place better than this Season.

Title contenders. Anything less will be viewed in my eyes as a massive fail.
