Just because there are other incidents in football of tragedy such as hilsborough, it doesn't render the justice for the 96 campaign less valid. Those families had the balls to take on the system and use the media to keep it in the public eye. Good for them.

I would never ever want a team to beat Palace !


If we were safely midtable and it involved the Weed being sent down I'd happily sit through us losing on the final day of a season.

I would like us to beat Foolham on the last day this year but would have no qualms if we didn't and it sent that Bond villain Tan down (suspect Cardiff will be down by then anyway though).

The season Brighton were under SSC in the Championship we had the ability to send them down by losing against Stoke. Just like then I was glad that we beat Stoke and Brighton still went down anyway. I never want us to lose a match even though I love Brighton losing.

Probably, if so he has done his job well. This thread seems to have a head of steam. Mind you, all it's doing is rehearsing several of the themes from recent days.

In the end, a win could be worth £900k, nobody is going to take their foot off the gas.

Yes there was a cover up and yes the police f***ed allowing them in but Liverpool fans caused it.

Weird, but I feel exactly the same. I despise Chelsea, but I just can't stomach seeing Liverpool win the league.
