I see the 'Premiership-ready' BHA lost at home to the Wednesday

Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing!

I expect the natives are already throwing hissy fits.

Their board will be an interesting read at 8pm when those participating in the 80th miniute fire drill will be home venting their bluster after a good moan at the pub.

Br*ghton. What a gift.

Oh yes, the one that never stops giving. I'll save the treat of a little look at NSC 'til later.

And to think away fans say getting to Selhurst Park is difficult!

Don't these people realise that there are THREE Mainline stations within walking distance of 'Selhurst Park' !

By Londoner Standards

I've walked from Gypsy Hill, Syndnham and Crystal Palace to Selhurst park, its definately walk able esp compared to the distance from the nearest train station for most clubs.

F**king Reading it'd take you at least an hour and a half to walk from the station to the ground.

I think it's having to get across london that confuses them. train into london, work out the tube map then be confounded finding the right platform at victoria or London Bridge.

To be fair I think some of the issues away fans have is because folk from the provinces struggle to understand just how big London is.

The ice hockey team I play for in Nottingham had a game in Streatham a few months back and despite me (a naturalised Pengite) knowing London better than any of my Nottingamian team mates, and advising either leaving the car at home and traveling to Streatham train station via St Pancreas (an easy journey) or (if insisting on driving) coming via M25/A3, all but one came via M1 and Central London, meaning the game started late.

I think they see 'Crystal Palace' get off and go cottaging (Slang Crystal Palace Transmitter: Recieving the Message via the Crystal Palace Transmitter - to go in through the outdoor, to wipe your boots at the tradesmans entrance, to make a delivery via the coal chute)

It's beginning to look like they might get their wish to be in a different division next season
