There might though...perhaps not the millions Tan had but perhaps if there was then Cardiff would still be Cardiff

There is an article in the recent (we're behind in the USA) issue of World Soccer which talks about owners buying up clubs to use as feeders and to circumvent loan rules. We saw that with Watford, Red Bull does it with New York, Salzburg and Leipzig and now Tan has bought a club in Bosnia and intends to move players between that club and Cardiff. Perhaps he thinks he can put together a "super" club that is fed by others from around the world. In his delusional state, anything is possible.
