Really sad news, the hol has lost a legend. Didn't personally know staffie but was always grateful for the links to the games especially whilst being so far away. He gave us all the means to feel connected to the club and the ability to watch or listen to games wherever we are in the world. I always looked out for his matchday threads. He will be sorely missed by many. R.I.P staffie

just got home and logged on straight away, absolutely stunned, never met the guy but this really feels like part of the family, RIP staffie, you will be sorely missed

So, so sad. Never met him in person but he was always so willing to help and, for us expats, a lifeline for palace radio and tv commentary. An HoL legend and leaves a massive void. God rest.
