Palace gone from 12/1 to 7/2 favourites overnight to sign Chester. Would make an excellent signing and form a solid partnership with Dann in my opinion.

Delaney- not good enough for top 10 Hangeland - not fit enough to play all season Kelly - hasn't been really tested with Dann at CB so maybe Pardew doesn't rate him Get Chester in for about 4m, good signing

Hangeland is getting older too, but I'd keep him as the third centre back It's make or break for Kelly, and it's pretty much down to him whether we get a new CB or not. If he's convinced Pardew that he can do a regular job there, we may not need another one with Hangeland and Delaney as solid back up. If not, we need a more mobile centre back who can come into the first team

We're favourites at 7/2. Can't see him staying at dull. I think we're on for the 3 signings we really want and the rest is smoke and mirrors. Excellent! SP and Co. I feel have rapidly learnt to play the transfer game and Super Al obviously knows his stuff. I may end up having to buy a hat and eat it but I feel they know what they want and have been playing a very good game of transfer window poker. AVIT!

According to this [Link] we're still interested. Although it seems like this report is based on the L'Equipe report on Cabaye and the last week's more substantial (or repeated) rumours. I've kinda had the feeling that we'll all been have waiting weeks and weeks for a signing and then 3 will be confirmed within the space of a week. Then to up-hold tradition, we'll sign a player or two on deadline day - my money would be on a 3rd winger and a young development squad sensation.
