1. It is intended for Away fans to communicate with us. He has been clearly on the wind up from the start. He was red-carded early on, but it was rescinded which, I think, led to the resignation of a mod. He's taking the piss, laughing at those who keep responding, telling his mates, no doubt, how long he's been able to keep up his wheeze on a Palace board. I don't think even the idiots on North Stand Chat would have fallen for it frankly, and they're not terribly wise to a piss take. Explanation enough?

He's quite civil when people aren't overly aggressive and rude towards him. You could start an argument in an airing cupboard tbh.

A good troll is a rare but wonderous thing (see 419.com). I often enjoy trolling far right wing websites and pages, not with insults, but with actual valid questions, and then slowly ramping it up. The trick is to lure them in first, not by being insulting or stupid, but appearing genuine. Serves no real purpose, other than distracting from the inevitability of mortality and the absurdity of existence.

I made numerous comments in the 'Standing at Selhurst' debate and all of a sudden I was a "Troll", "Attention seeker" and a "Wind Up merchant" when nothing is further from the truth. I was expressing a personal and honest view about something that raises my hackles and I was turned on by a baying mob. And all this business about me purposely tuning threads into a "Willo" thread is total and utter hogwash.I have consistently stated that I didn't want a thread to disintegrate rapidly into yet another tedious "Willo thread" and asked for the debate to return to the matter under discussion. Yes of course there are the Wind-Up merchants on numerous boards but alas I am not one of them.
You wind me up with your Tory 'ways'
