I think McDonnell is still trying to work out how many more seats they need to form a coalition.

I'd imagine the SNP quite like the fact that the English Parliament is going to dosh out money to NI, given they just lost seats to the Conservatives in Scotland.

Various parts of 'England' were their own countries. Still, they don't have a government setup or power like Holyrood or Stormont. Sturgeon Statement due in 8 minutes. I can't see how someone with your politics can refer to debt as a negative. You supported a party that committed to increasing spending massively....yet with a manifesto which very likely couldn't cover it. Debt and the deficit would have increased significantly.

Not so the labour manifesto was fully costed. Corporations, the better-off will pay for the increases. This is because, unlike disability claimants, they actually have the money. It is an opportunity for them to be responsible members of society (well there is a first for everything)
