They certainly do in the Costa Del... Meaning what? That it's OK to acknowledge that British criminal gangs operate abroad but not that foreign gangs are responsible for crime in Britain or in this case Germany? Have the British raised the Spanish crime rate by 10%?

Well,all I know is, I had to go back to eye clinic A&E on Friday (5 hour wait) ...the two doctors and all the nurses were immigrants.Stayed after hours so everyone got seen Bless them for their dedicated efforts in trying to hold the NHS together and provide us with free healthcare
