I have a friend called Mr. Rambo,aka Rambo King who has had a miserable life principally because he has been a faithful supporter of West Bromwich Albion for 40 years. He got married but his luck did not change!. Well, one Saturday he got plastered and went home only to find his mother-in-law had moved in and she proceeded to give him hell so he cleared off to the boozer with his fish and chips. In a state of advanced alcoholic distress he slipped a piece of fried fish down the front of a woman's blouse and then added insult to injury by trying to recover it with his bare hands. In the argy bargy that ensued Miss Place clocked him and broke his dentures and while Rambo was trying to prevent himself from swallowing the bits and pieces of his dentures Miss Place aimed a deadly pointed shoe at his groin only to miss and practically denutt him.For the past two weeks he has been wearing two athletic supporters, one to keep his mouth closed and the other to hold his nuts in a more conventional position while supping liquids and semi-liquids through a straw. When he was finally hauled before The Beak he was fined fifty quid for disturbing the peace!. Think of it,supporting WBA for forty years,having a mothe-in -law living with you ,having a woman bust your dentures and almost denutting you,supping your brew through a straw and then a fifty quid fine as the icing on the cake. What could be worse and what could happen next?. I have heard he has in fact had a nervous break-down!.
