Rare Sirloin (cooked in a ridged grill pan or griddle to give diamond grill marks), chunky chips (made from Maris Piper and twice deep fried) served with fried tomato and mustard. 'Last Meal' is a common chefs' game, especially after a few beers, and nearly everyone chooses something simple.

I'd ask Posh Spice to sort the menu out.... after all I don't want to put on weight unnecessarily do I? Something like a few grains of Quinoa with teriyaki sauce for starters then a Mung-bean salad for main course and a Kumquat Sorbet to finish. Sparkling Evian water to toast my executioner!

Fish Finger bagel, slice of super mature cheese, balsamic vinegar with a slash of wholegrain mustard, served with a slice of iceberg lettuce and red cabbage. With a couple of Cuba Libra's made with Kraken spiced rum.
