On his day he's an absolutely cracking player and a real game changer, much like tarrabt. Unfortunately for both those games are few and far between. We're all about consistancy. No chance.

Why on earth would we buy any players in the January Sales who by the way would be at massively inflated prices due to clubs panic buying. I believe we have what we need to see us through to the end of the season and hopefully finish in the top half of the league.

And he cost us only £3m now worth £10m+ not a bad deal

Crazy link and proves journos are full of sh*t! Pardew and Ben Arfa had the mother of all fall outs at Newcastle. His team mates hated him (possibly because they took exception to him going after Tim Krul with a knife after training) and they all rejoiced when Pardew forced him out. Ironically it cemented Pardew's relationship with the squad who were gutted when he left. This one has no legs to it at all.
