Very interesting. There is a need for integration. This is supported by people becoming bi-cultural, and confident (and welcomed) in both cultures. The Norvegions (please excuse spelling) seem to have an understanding, as does the Canadian lady. We need to be careful to welcome, (with possible modifications of our own behaviour) rather than just say that they are too conditioned to change. I expect that most of us have moved on from Club 18-30 thinking.
