I repeat. Why would you trust 'business leaders' in this insistence when you have continued criticised their actions on these boards, over matters like tax and zero hours contracts? I am not making a case for or against in this instance. I am asking you to explain why you appear to have suddenly believed every word 'business leaders' say about Brexit. I haven't said they were 'cunds'. You are either twisting words or not reading (deliberately or otherwise) what I am saying.

As it is in their dna I trust they and their businesses will follow the best course financially for them, and, thus, by default, for their hundreds of thousands (millions?) of employees. It's not like they are going to be arsey left-wing types saying the 'Out' voters are nothing but rabid xenophobes is it? They are purely looking at the economics.

Couldn't be an intrenched view, one that is prevalent in some aspects of industry, that simply change is to be feared because it is change and that seeking business from new markets is simply not worth bothering about?

And I respond that if you think the status quo is the best for Britain, whereby we continue to focus our trade on an 'economic bloc' that is clearly in serious decline, which in turn reduces our desire and focus to trade with emerging markets, then I believe that wrong. Brexit could have some very good benefits for the British economy. However, that would mean trading with people from very different cultures and different business practices, something the 'in' camp, for all the xenophobic accusations thrown at the 'out' camp, seem curiously reluctant to do.
