He was absolutely mad to take that job. A Spanish giant in turmoil is a tough job for even a vastly experienced manager, let alone a novice.

I listened to Graham Hunter on 5Live and he reckons that they are such a mess it will have little effect on Neville's prospects. Lim needs to sort the club out and Neville would have been a good person to do it, he will get another top job if he wants one. I think it will be interesting to see what happens during and then after the Euros.
