The way funds were disguised and shipped around to avoid detection by vote leave needs to be out in the public domain and prosecuted.

Leave Spending : £13.4m Even if you take out the £9m spent by the Government on the "it's your decision but please vote remain" leaflet, that's still an outspend of £6m by the side which lost. Edited by masonic_palace (17 Jul 2018 1.22pm)

Oh I see you've just decided that they must be because they've found Vote Leave to have broken the law (not simply rules on submissions). The difference here is much like the difference between tax evasion and filing returns late or losing some invoices for legitimate expenses. Not the same thing!

The electoral commission has referred vote leave to the police, that must mean possible breaches of criminal law and prosecutions. Must be something deeper to this than a fine for over-spending.

Highly experience (sic) in what, though? It doesn't detract from the obvious fact that they're not impartial.

The Election Commission is very necessary with increased voting fraud and corruption. Vote leave should have recognised their authority and complied with them but chose to obstruct.
