Each member state of the EU is included in the EU, thats kinda how it works. How exactly are members of the EU excluded from decisions inside the EU? Each country has national party politics, correct. Not sure I get your point. Each member elects MEPs, they are supposed to be your voice in that governance model, just as your local MP is in the Houses of Commons, so again, dont get your point at all there. France gets favouritism or it just ignores rules it doesn’t like.
