Take a look at his interview with Steve Parish's ex girlfriend. He is talking about general elections.

He also condemned UKIP and the lunatic and criminal fringe that they have let in, and labelled the rape comments as vile.

That may be the first time he has told the truth for about 5 years.

UKIP is even disgusting Nigel Farage these days, that is how far they have fallen.

Right. So he wants to be Prime Minister on a promise to leave the EU then if he wins he’ll just shrug and say “I’ve got nothing else”?
If he wanted that why wouldn’t he join the tortes? Or even easier join Labour, there are enough leavers there to make him welcome even though they’re lying through their teeth about Brexit. He’d be leader of that shambles in a month.

Yes you are correct I do not like dictatorships

What one sees as an insult another may see as the truth.

When a moderator is also a contributor whose allegiances are clearly on one side of a debate it is always likely to lead to an uncomfortable situation.

Neutrality is a necessary requirement in such circumstances but when people see bias in anyone who disagrees with them it's pretty hard to find.

It needs a special person to be able to rise above his own viewpoint and be able to see both sides.

It's not a job I will ever seek.

I wouldn't even rape you Maine.

Tommy wouldn't even rape you either.

Did you get so upset about Ricky Gervais's rape jokes? You're upset over a four year old tweet to a woman who blocked parliament discussing male suicide which this guy's uncle died of.....Tell me Maine, did you get upset when Jess Phillips spoke about knifing Corbyn in the front?

As for Farage, you just fell for the spin.

He insulted people and was warned about it several times, how many chances should people have.

Yes, indeed Wisbech... you should try it one day - just in your every day life.

If you manage it, who knows you could be a future mod...

You clearly don't understand the role of the moderator as it isn't to moderate opinions but to ensure that the rules of the forum are kept.

I have no objection to anyone having polar opposite views to myself as the only thing that matters is the way that they are expressed.

You and Maine Eagle are vociferous remainers yet you both manage to make your points without a stream of personal insults about anyone on the other side which our recently departed friend clearly was not so after having received a dozen final warnings from myself he clearly had no intention of sticking to the forum's rules so had to go.

May I take this opportunity to remind you of another of the forum's rules "moderator decisions are final and discussions regarding their actions are not permitted on the forums."

If you don't feel that I am impartial in my moderating then contact Admin and tell them as I want this thread to be about Brexit

Mainly agree. Have sent DMs on exactly this point before. PP is a bit relentless sometimes but there are plenty of similar examples to be found from the cabal on here so frankly, deal with it when it comes your way

The brexit party has no manifesto whatsoever.

As Marr stated, therefore one must interrogate the creator and leader of the party, to get some kind of clue as to its principles and positions on everything other than brexit.

Dim people will vote for the brexit party, not having a single clue what their manifesto is and what their position is on anything except brexit.

That is truly dim.

Edited by Maine Eagle (13 May 2019 3.26am)

The dim ones are the people Marr was trying to feed with outrage because Farage doesn’t believe in inviting or allowing thousands upon thousands of HIV patients from Africa no doubt. They were dim when they booed Farage and were outraged during the tv debate he said it and they’re dim now and always will be. Farage is being logical and sensible, but anyway, he wouldn’t get a say because Corbyn will probably fly everyone over here for free long term healthcare with no job skills and means to support themselves here in Britain. Labour always needs more support and they now come from migrants, ideologists and hypocrites.

The left on this site are afforded far more latitude than the right are on other sites we could name.

Well done, midlands. You’ve probably done PP a favour. He can skip along in his mind that all is well again. Or he can start his own chat room with europalace.
