What a load of tosh. Morrison's doesn't come high up at all. How much has Greene been paid? Aldi is the one, followed by Waitrose to whom our local sheep farmer supplies. [Link]

The fact remains that the EU claim not to like chlorinated chicken as it can cover up poor processing when we already have poor processing in the UK

Look at the date. How many times!

There was an FSA investigation after. Nobody said everything was perfect, it never is. But nothing significant was found.

Why do you constantly talk down something that is brilliant in the UK. No wonder Johnson gets annoyed.

Or perhaps you would like to look at China, man you should see the scale of their problem. Bear in mind that foodborne illness costs a huge amount to manage. And that burden falls onto the healthcare system. So in the US it's like a tax on people, who pay directly for their own care. If we end up picking up the financial burden of worse controls in the UK, it will hit us all through the NHS. So in the end we are lining the pockets of American producers through an NHS subsidy.

Interestingly this is getting worse, not better.

Or perhaps you would like to look at China, man you should see the scale of their problem.

Bear in mind that foodborne illness costs a huge amount to manage. And that burden falls onto the healthcare system. So in the US it's like a tax on people, who pay directly for their own care.

If we end up picking up the financial burden of worse controls in the UK, it will hit us all through the NHS. So in the end we are lining the pockets of American producers through an NHS subsidy.
