Of course but that doesn't say anything about the opinions of the people as a whole. Only about those that "care".

If they don’t care why would they have an opinion?

Now on ignore, like arguing with porridge!!

Some people hand out insults like flowers at a wedding but get upset and think they are insulted if their opinion can be shown to be flawed.

Ignore me by all means. It's your choice. As it is mine to comment on your's.

People decide not to vote for many reasons, often because they think their vote won't make any difference. Those that care deeply are more likely to vote but that really is irrelevant to the issue.

If only 45% voted in the Mayoral election then 55% of the people didn't. That translate to basic numbers which are misleading when compared to a much higher turnout. It's just the maths.

Pretty ironic then that their votes haven’t counted for anything. A friend of mine went to a talk given by Corbyn and McDonnell last week where Corbyn said he wants another referendum with the option of remain included.

Zero wage rises = Tory policy to kill the power of trade unions, and working class Sun, Daily Mail, Express readers that supported it.

Chronic housing shortage = sell off the housing stock as a bribe to get working class people voting Tory and do not invest in public housing. Tory policy.

Massive over stretched NHS - non British staff contribute massively to staffing or haven't you been there for a while? Run own the NHS - Tory Policy. The Tories have already privatized loads of it and the Sun, Daily Mail have turned blind eye.

General overpopulation - The Tories are already backing away from their immigration controls,so if it undermines labour cost, don't expect support from them.

Loss of British values/way of life/culture and general identity - what does that mean? I don't blame the Europeans for Halloween, rugby league teams with American names, or baseball caps worn backwards or for the highstreets all looking the same. The Latter is globalization, which stems from Reagan and Thatcher allowing capital to leave the country easily. So if we demand decent rights, businesses out-source jobs to Asia or now Eastern Europe.

If these are your reasons for wanting to leave Europe, you have been taken for a right royal mug by the rich (most likely non-British resident owner) of the paper you read. A mug that is putty in the hand of the right wing press.

Yep,I can see why Luxembourg don't want us to leave. They've been milking the teats of the EU to long. And now we are leaving It looks like that their Ponzi scheme is about to hit the buffers

Its rather like the arguments that used to be on here with Willo over his absurd defence of Clattenburg and other referees, at least Willo (and Clattenberg) eventually gave up.

The reason why I have recently refrained from participating in the referee threads is because of the fact that my honest opinions were the catalyst for those dastardly Willo threads where personal vilification was a poor substitute for sensible and reasoned debate and de-railment was par for the course.

I thought it sounded like Luxembourg just wanted the whole thing over one way or the other to rid themselves of the avalanche of lies and obfuscation thrown up by BJ. For sure no one will get any of the benefits promised during the referendum campaign.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

I abstained from the original referendum on the grounds that i didn't know and couldn't find out (it turns out because nobody knew) what leaving would entail, but i didn't want to bolster the remain side either buy voting for them by default. We had been down that road before with the "PR" referendum, when they offered such a crap, half-arsed version of something not even close to PR that i had to vote to retain FPTP, they then used the result to say "see, nobody wants PR"

The Benelux Union means they are effectively hard wired into the EU/Brussels anyway. Who gives a **** about Luxembourg anyway? Another remain activist publicity stunt to add to the pile and perpetuate the illusion of democracy.
