Let it regain some credibility. Surely that is the most positive option available. Bit late coming back but I disagree your point on the referendum. The 2016 vote was flawed as it did not say HOW to leave. Hard Brexit leaves no doubt. You just allow effluxion of the time extension. Remain you do nothing. A "deal" is the killer of resolution even if a good one (whatever that is?) may well be the best thing for this country.

Not all but elites are more often than not silver spooned neo liberals who came from the same type of background, went to the same types of schools and whose lifestyle has meant they have lost touch with their history and heritage. It was 11-0 and I would wager that they all voted remain.....As most elites did.

However in following this tactic of peoples hero v establishment he takes one hell of a risk. Some nutter with a gun will justify his act by quoting him. Fatal body blow for Brexit I suspect.

There's inclusivity and there's exposing a challenged person to ridicule. Makes a change from the usual blue rinses or frothing elderly gammons who the telly usually stick a mike under as the voices of Brexit.

Labour MP for "leave" voting Huddersfield. At 79 years old he should be more careful that he doesn't bring on a stroke or heart attack

The HoC consists of more than just the government and opposition at present. This is now a minority government and extraordinary times. Nothing is normal so nothing is being done as it is "supposed" to be done.

I've agreed that the positions and hence language is highly polarised......that's what happens when people won't compromise. We had three votes on a deal that no one really wanted which Johnson and co voted for on the last vote but instead the opposition decided to play 'win or bust'. Let's not forget that there are no doubt remainer nutters out there as well. Johnson and co have been called all types of insult.....'dictator', 'Trump'...we have had the nonsense that he's pulled a 'coup'. So with the language I'm wholly opposed to any restrictions on what is said in the chamber. It is a matter for that house to regulate. My opinions is I'd rather pull the cameras than restrict language.
