You realise it's not his decision, right?

Of course you do. Every other post of yours on the subject is well informed and full of fact.

Haha.

Jumping the gun.

For balance...

'Jean Claude Juncker does not have legal power to rule out extension. It’s a member state decision. It’s hard to imagine 27 EU countries categorically ruling out an extension while at this summit ... before they know if one might be necessary eg to get this deal passed'

It is of course possible they all will, but it's unlikely. Simply a bluff tactic to try to make sure the vote on Saturday is as objective as possible. We all know however, that it won't be. Again.

The end of the summit statement. The deal is agreed, take it or tell us clearly what you want. I suspect Juncker's statement is to push parilment to say yes to something, not simply no to everything.

The smugness of the ill informed is really quite something to behold.

I'm good for this deal but don't get all drunk on the compromised mead just yet. If you actually understand what is going on, Junkers statement does not mean it's a black and white take the deal or leave with no-deal. When is it ever as simple as that in this endless charade.

Always check before gloating to the opposite 'side'. Makes you look even more of an idiot otherwise. It's certainly not good if you're a fan of no-deal (eg. Farage, and a lot of you on here), but people looking for a deal should be pretty pleased I think, including me.

Do you ever post anything that you thought of yourself? Or do you just communicate in everyday life by reposting content. Have to say that's actually quite a good idea for a black mirror episode.

Seconded. At least read up on the detail before posting. I suppose that would be too much to ask.

I just looked at the pictures from the summit Boris surrounded by happy EU leaders including Merkel congratulating him.

I have a feeling that they will not extend the deal if the vote fails. Juncker may not have the power to make those decisions but I suspect he confers with the main EU players before making that kind of a statement.

We shall see if he is out of line if he is something will come out of the EU in the next 2 days. If there is silence you have your answer.
