Anyway back to the subject of borders, I thought we have to control our borders, gotta be consistent with the
brexit narrative right?

A big hard and high border to keep all those horrible foreigners out, stealing our jobs

lol, that is why many on here want but I was contemplating the results of a no deal Brexit without a hard Irish border.

Could have interesting results for the Irish.

that's to keep those of us who actually live in the UK out of the EU.

If the EU are insistent on having a hard border then Ireland can build it and man it.

There are ways to continue with a soft border using technology but only if the will is there

only works one way I am afraid.

The HOL isn't a forum for balance or free speech it is a privately owned and a such the owners can do what they like and they do.

Let them man it then.

We will do what we do.

Exactly I don't see any British government putting up a hard border neither will the Irish for that matter.

You are only half right. It isn't a forum for free speech as everyone agrees to the rules before joining and they are quite explicit about what isn't allowed.

None of the moderators interfere with the so called balance of the forum as left, right and centre are all allowed their say

Good video seems perfectly clear to me. The politicians from both leave and remain were very clear on the consequences before we had the referendum. No confusion there.

At least as a moderator you can observe the brilliance of my posts.

Fine in principle. But clearly difficult in practice. No one is perfect.

Where does controlling our borders fit in then?

More cognitive dissonance?
