The 3 Nigerian adults are all NHS employees, ie Dr and Nurses and their kids are so friendly and approachable. The 3 Polish all work as stockpickers in a big warehouse nearby and barely speak to me, even though I've tried very hard. The Xmas card helped! In fact our Close is very multi-cultural.... One house has two lesbians, Indian and Finnish, and an old Italian couple are next door to them. A Bristolian gay bloke (with Paedophile tendencies and on the Sex offenders list) in the corner house is the only one I won't try and talk to out of 12 houses. People from our former colonies often appear to have a greater affinity with the British than other Europeans.

I see reference to terrorism the context of Turkey joining the EU has now been deemed racist too.

I would give up one of my bedrooms if a Ghurka needed accommodation and not charge him a penny with full board. Hopefully he could use his Kukri knife on the little scrote that broke into my garden shed/mancave and nicked all my cider if he visits again.

I really like my Polish decorator neighbour and I'd hope he'd take it on the chin if required to return upon Brexit, like I've done when comparatively well paid jobs have come to an end, or Brits have generally done when the good times have ended on repeated occasions during our time in the EU. Where do we get the security?
