Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

She particulated in a referendum in the 70s.....To state that under no circumstance she would never have had one is purely stating an unknowable.

A week is a long time in politics let alone years after one's death.

Her Bruges speech made it clear what she thought of Brussels.

But it's a fact, she did campaign and partake in a referendum.

Anyway, she was pretty anti EU towards the end....I can't see her supporting the remain camp lets put it like that.

But hey...who knows.

Bernard Ingham? Heard him on the radio a while ago and he said he couldn't be sure, but he thought out.

Yeah, I couldn't imagine it would be remain.....not after the Blair and Brown treaties were signed up to.

She even regretted Maastricht......but unless she comes back and tells us....
