And when it happens, no matter the outcome, the same people will sit there and say this isnít what they voted for and itís someone elseís fault it turned out like this.

I very much want it to happen now, just to get it over with.

Agreed...the procrastination is the fault of BOTH sides of the argument...this really needs to stop and for us all to move forward

'Brexit means brexit' - funny how you don't hear that anymore......

Wasnt the argument based on having 'control' over who did and didnt come in?

You can't take responsibility for something that hasn't happened yet.

Will Remainers take responsibility for continually talking down this country and it's economy? Will they take responsibility for undermine our negotiations with the EU?

There were calls for Trump to be prosecuted because his team held talks with the Russians before he became President. Meanwhile a steady stream of UK opposition politicians have met the EU to tell them that Parliament will not accept a no deal Brexit and they are doing their best to reverse the result of the referendum.

It's one thing to argue in Parliament against the government it's another to snuggle up the the EU negotiating team that is verging on treachery.

Take responsibility for talking down our country? What does that mean specifically, and what tangible effect has that that?

Parliament was never going to accept a no deal, regardless of who spoke to the EU. The same way Boris will not get a better deal out of them.

I wonder if Cummins will end up poisoning his own family like Goebbels did.

At least he did himself in at the same time.

We may wonder how such a person came to be pulling the puppet strings of government.

Waffle.

Parliament, in it's wisdom, could not agree on a deal so now we get no deal.

Deal with it.

Now we have a left wing Remainer speaker of the house trying to stop the process.

No one voted for that.

I agree.

The thought that MPs are there to serve the people is blatantly not the case. They are there to forward their own agenda and interests.
The majority have down everything they can to stop us leaving, the next election will be interesting as many could find themselves kicked out.

My suspicion is that they will continue to kick the can down the road, dismissing any of the inevitable consequences as not what they voted for and the fault of xxxx.

So very transparent.

You could literally swap the words "if one day remoaners " and it would be the same question , but to the majority who won!

No, you couldnít.

As you point out, Brexiteers won the vote - this what you voted for, take the responsibility.

Cummins is being compared to Goebbels and also 'the new Rasputin' in the press.

But Johnston is a 'dead ringer' for Von Ribbentrop, even his career as foreign minister an identical disaster.

Hammond is being kind describing him as 'the unelected'.
